Submission Guidelines

Paper submission & review policy
Authors are advised to submit their original and unpublished work (related to the conference theme).

The review process takes into account both the quality of writing and the scientific impact of the work. Authors should clearly identify the problem, explain their contribution(s), and justify the state-of-the-art works. The program committee would like to review those who develop, argue, and provide results.

Also, note that the team takes care of plagiarism (even self-plagiarism) as serious professional misconduct. All papers will be screened for plagiarism, and the team will reject them in case there exists significant overlap with the previously published papers/papers.

Submission guidelines
The conference will accept : 1) regular paper - 6 pages, 2) short paper - 4 pages, and 3) review paper - 6 pages. Extra pages will be charged Rs. 800 per page.

The author should follow the River Publishers Template. The plagiarism shold be below 10%.

Important Note
Regardless of submission types, authors are always advised to submit their original and unpublished work (related to the conference theme). 1. The structure of the paper should be presented as

a) Abstract
b) Keywords
c) Introduction
d) Related Works/Literature Review
e) Proposed Methodology
f) Implementation
g) Results and Discussion
h) Conclusion
i) Abbreviations
j) References
k) Authors Biography

2. Abstract should consist of a minimum of 200 words.
3. Keywords should be a minimum of five.
4. Related works/Literature Review has to be included with sufficient related findings.
5. Proposed work should contain a block diagram/circuit diagram or a schematic flow diagram that depicts the precise flow of the proposed work.
6. Implementation should consist of a flowchart/pseudocode/algorithm/ explanation/modeling with equations. (Equations in math editor)
7. Results and Discussion should consist of the necessary research findings with a sufficient number of graphs, illustrations, and tabular columns.
8. Conclusion should consist of a minimum of 200 words. It has to be a quantitative one.
